	Simon Worboys - Director Simon is the principal technology consultant for TNN. Simon has worked in the IT industry since 1995 after many years as a PC user and keen hobbyist. With Microsoft (MCSE, MCPS, MCNPS, MCTS) and Cisco certification he is able to integrate technology from multiple vendors to provide solutions for many varied business requirements.
	Ann Young - Technical Team Lead Ann is TNN’s Technical Team Lead and has over 20 years IT experience including many years providing IT support. Ann has Microsoft certifications and a Diploma of Business - Frontline Management. Ann also brings Project Management, Change and Problem Management experience to TNN.
	Dean Macaw - Support Consultant Dean is Level 2 support. He has 10 years of experience in Hardware, Software, and Multimedia. Combining these skills has allowed him to enter the field of creating Content Management Websites. Dean holds various related Certificates, including Certificate IV in Networking. Dean is currently working towards Microsoft Certification
	Bradley Warner - Support Consultant Bradley is Level 1 support, is first point of contact at TNN. He is currently studying Microsoft technologies. He has completed the HSC and come from a self-employed background where he provided sole IT support for home and small businesses users. Bradley has worked in IT for 2yrs and has experience in a wide range of technical areas.
	Nerida Hawkins - Office Manager Nerida has several years experience in office admin, specialising in payroll and accounts. Nerida's experience includes the Human Resources/Office Administration Manager of a large Club in Western Sydney, Assistant Manager of a Club, and property manager for a real estate agent. Nerida holds several Certificates in Office Administration/Management and a Certificate IV in Human Resources.
