With Microsoft and Cisco certification he is able to combine technology from multiple vendors to provide solutions to support your business processes.

Adam Shaw - Support Consultant

Adam has always worked in technical fields, after nearly ten years in the military, training as a Radar and Radio Mechanic, he focused on Information Technology and has been there ever since. Adam is currently studying a Bachelor of IT and has completed many industry vendor courses. More recently Adam was consulting for small-medium business in Brisbane.

David Pollard - Support Consultant

David is a senior support consultant and has a depth of experience from providing IT support since 1988. With an Associate Diploma in Business & Commercial Data Processing, and other qualifications that include Microsoft Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified System Engineer. David is able to seek out solutions to your support needs.

Dean Macaw - Support Consultant

Dean is Level 2 support, and is first point of contact at TNN. He has 10 years of experience in Hardware, Software, and Multimedia. Combining these skills has allowed him to enter the field of creating Content Management Websites. Dean holds various related Certificates, and has recently completed Certificate IV in Networking.

Nerida Hawkins - Office Manager

Nerida has several years experience in office administration, specialising in payroll and accounts. Nerida's experience includes the Human Resources/Office Administration Manager of a large Club in Western Sydney, Assistant Manager of a local Club and property manager for a local real estate agent before joining the TNN team. Nerida holds several Certificates in Office Administration/ Management and a Certificate IV in Human Resources.
